Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Intimate products: hygiene rule

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate products once they have been opened or used. This includes:

• Vibrators, massagers and other sex toys
• Butt plugs and anal toys
• Male masturbators
• Lubricants and gels
• Supplements and liquid shots

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, even if the item has been opened.

How to start a return

Email us at pinkponystore1@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Other non-returnable items

• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at pinkponystore1@gmail.com.

Discreet returns

Return labels and all communication are kept discreet, the same as our outgoing orders.
