Where we ship
We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Every order ships from our US warehouse.
Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box shows Pink Pony or what's inside.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Free shipping threshold
The free shipping threshold is based on your order total after discounts and before taxes.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update the address as long as your order hasn't shipped.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, and photos if anything is damaged. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
